Trick or Treat? Brockhole on Windermere is hiring Events & Activities Assistants to join us for the Brockhole Halloween Experience this October half term. This is your opportunity to ensure our guests have a frightfully fun, spookily safe, and hauntingly hands-on time at this popular annual event!

The Halloween Experience takes place every day between 25 and 31 October 2025, and you’ll be expected to be available for work this week.

What will I be doing?

- Managing guest wristbands, ensuring safe access, and maintaining venue capacity
- Assisting with the smooth running of scheduled shows, parades and activities
- Helping direct cars and other traffic in the on-site car park
- Helping design and deliver family-friendly activities like face painting, arts & crafts, and pumpkin carving
- Selling event tickets, themed merchandise, and themed confectionery to guests
- Preparing takeaway hot drinks and pre-made snacks
- Assisting with the operation of interactive activities such as archery, axe-throwing, boat hire, and themed games

What we’re looking for

Brockhole on Windermere can be a busy place to work; therefore, you’ll have a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude. You’ll have excellent time management and attention to detail. You’ll also enjoy working as part of a team and be willing to deliver great customer service to our visitors.
